Exceptional customer service is the cornerstone of our company. We are very proud to have the largest and most generous customer service department in the industry. Our President, Jo Mousselli, was a Registered Nurse in the Pediatric ICU at Texas Children’s Hospital for many years. As a nurse in the ICU, she was dedicated to easing the pain of her patients in any way possible. Her generous and loving spirit is the soul of our company and every employee is selected and trained to project her commitment to our clients.

Extended Hours
Xtreme Lashes® is open extended hours to provide you with support and order fulfillment anytime of the day. The office is open Monday through Thursday 8am to 8pm, Friday 8am to 7pm and Saturday 9am to 5pm. In addition, customer service reps are on call duty Saturday evening and Sunday for emergency assistance.
