I researched all the lash extension brands that a Google search query could find. I personally tried applications of the various brands, but I was nowhere near as impressed with them as I was when I received my first set of Xtreme lashes. That was when I knew that I wanted to incorporate this service into my business, and I immediately signed up for training. You can't bring your clients a better brand design and the high standards of sanitation and style with any other brand.

I have researched for the last 6 months to find the company that will be the best fit for me. I chose Xtreme Lashes for many reasons. They have set very high standards for their products and they do tons of research on all of their products before they will release them to the public. I know that anything that has their label on it is very worthy of that label; it has passed so many tests. I am an esthetician and spa owner and have been doing Eyelash Extensions for several years. I always felt I had a natural talent for applying them but was always frustrated by the product. I've taken two certifications looking for the most thorough training and best product on the market. It wasn't until I had my own lashes done by a young lady new to my area whom I had heard did amazing lashes that I discovered Xtreme Lashes personally. They were absolutely gorgeous!!! The class was incredible. The instructor was thorough, attentive, knowledgeable and incredibly excited to teach. This was my THIRD class for eyelash extensions and although I've been doing them for years I couldn't believed how many new techniques I had learned and the better quality of product Xtreme has to offer. The class was Sunday and Monday and I applied two full sets at my spa on Tuesday.....my clients couldn't get over how beautiful and more natural the lashes were versus what I had been using on them for years. Xtreme Lashes has the best detailed training when it comes to lash extensions. I've taken another lash extension class and nothing compares. When working so close to the eyes, nothing can be more important the having appropriate training and having enough time to practice before you become certified. I've experienced another competitor’s class and the class did not detail gluing technique which is so important to have the lash adhere. It eliminates clumping and excess glue getting into the neighboring eyelashes. The in depth training is the best! Loading the glue on the lash has been so important and perfecting my technique with what I learned in class has been so great. I can adhere lashes so much faster!!!

I recently went to a small town in Utah for my sisters wedding. My sister had her eyelashes done & I couldn't believe how natural they looked. As soon as I got there, I had my done too. It was the most uncomfortable experience ever! My bottom lashes were scotch taped down (which was unbearable) and my eyes were tearing the entire time. It took everything in me to hold still but I was determined to have beautiful lashes so I endured! Even though the process was horrible, I quickly forgot because I was so excited about how beautiful they made me feel. I didn't wear make up the entire time & still felt so glamorous. She didn't give me after care instructions so of course my lashes fell out in about a week, which was very frustrating for me because she told me they would last a month.

I have been very pleased with my experience with Xtreme Lashes since my first inquiry into the company. There is such a level of professionalism throughout the company - from customer service, the instructors, training, the products and marketing - it really is quite impressive and sets them apart from the competition.

This was one the most enjoyable class I've ever attended. I walked away and felt it was money well spent; the 2 days went so fast! I am a convert from another eyelash company, I will never use that brand again! I'm so lucky to have chosen Xtreme Lashes, it's like wearing a “Brand Name” instead of a “Knock Off”. From service to products, I haven't heard or had a complaint yet. I love the lashes and the techniques I learned. I already have a LOT of clients and I have seen a 50% improvement in my application technique. My extensions are fuller and no glue is visible to the naked eye. I got better at using the RIGHT techniques (I had a few bad habits to break). Hands down, the best quality education at an affordable price. The Xtreme Lash® workshop far exceeded my expectations! I have attended many extended education classes in the beauty industry and was very impressed with both Carla and Xtreme. After recently attending a competitor company's workshop, this is hands down worth every penny!!! I was very impressed with the training kit offered with the class. What an excellent gift to new lash stylists! I have seen many really poorly put together kits that offer nothing of any value. Most of us understand the cost of supplies, but it is obvious Xtreme puts time and money into education.

Xtreme is awesome and worth the money. I trained previously with a competitor and well, I know that one gets what they pay for. In order to fully appreciate Xtreme Lashes® and be so proud to be involved in Xtreme Lashes® I had to go through a less than favorable experience with another company. I had no idea there was such thing as architecture, the use of tape on the lids, the gel pads and other things. The other company had me apply lash extensions to a piece of paper. How realistic and helpful is that when lash extensions are to be applied to a human? I can't help but compare the training from the “other” company, so night in day in contrast. I cannot sing enough praise.

By far the customer service is above and beyond any other places I called and requested information on. Everyone is able to give you details about the products and training experience. They are also available when convenient for you.

It seems like Xtreme goes above and beyond in safety and training in making sure that the client is happy and the lash company is well represented. Of all the lash extension classes, companies, etc. that I researched on the internet, I felt like Xtreme was the only one who was professional enough to care about the client's safety and satisfaction - not just selling a lash kit with a DVD for training.

I just want to say that I am SO impressed with Xtreme Lashes®. I knew before becoming a Lash Stylist that you were a superior company because I did my research, however, I had no idea of the impact to my career that Xtreme would have. Had I went with another lash company I am sure that I would have given up long ago, and missed out having a career which allows me to do what I love to do and actually make money doing it. I have always been impressed with the quality of the customer service at Xtreme Lashes®.  But with each passing month, you continue to go way above and beyond. I love the newsletters that you send out to us. They are ALWAYS so inspiring. When I have a few days without a client I go back and read the archived newsletters and it’s like I just attended a pep rally! They are filled with tips and tricks and marketing strategies and ways to build your business. As if that weren’t enough, you even GIVE us high quality, well designed flyers to print out and use to further enhance our success! From working with a printer, designer etc. over the years, I know what it cost to have someone design these items and it is NOT cheap, and yet you give us these flyers for free! Who ever heard of a company doing that????

For the cherry on top, every week you give us discounts. Most companies will give you a discount on the products that they can’t sell, or products that people don’t want. Xtreme Lashes® gives us discounts on the good stuff and on EVERYTHING we need and use on a daily basis. It’s crazy! You even give us discounts on our retail products. Not to sound redundant – but what other company does that??? I just can’t say enough good things about Xtreme Lashes®. From the first bit I research I did, to the first phone contact, to the classes, to the weekly discounts, and monthly newsletters EVERYTHING you do is FIRST CLASS. Bravo to Xtreme!! Lashes are a big deal these days and women want them! So I began researching companies, their products and of course, their training. I found Xtreme Lashes® to be far superior to any other company all the way to customer service. I knew that the day I invested in Xtreme Lashes® I was associated with the best.

I first contacted Xtreme Lashes last winter wanting to purchase products as I completed certification from another lash company. The cosmetology industry unfortunately has a poor reputation in general for product representation, training, and policy. I’ve been using Xtreme since 10/2007 - I love using Xtreme. The products are great, easy to work with and the technique is far superior to other brands I have looked into.

When I first realized I wanted to learn to do eyelash extensions I narrowed down my options to Xtreme and Novalash. Being that I knew NOTHING about applying eyelashes I called Novalash with a million and one questions. Needless to say, the woman I spoke with was completely rude and acted as if she had better things and people to attend to. I was a little frustrated but I just shrugged it off.
