I researched many lash extension companies before deciding to become an Xtreme lash stylist. I know that I have joined the most exclusive company, with impeccable standards, in the industry. I appreciate how they just don't take your money and run; instead they are there to guide me with marketing strategies and strive to give me answers that will help me have longevity in this business.

I researched several other lash extension companies but I wasn't impressed with what they had to offer. They have set very high standards for their products and they do tons of research on all of their products before they will release them to the public. I know that anything that has their label on it is very worthy of that label; it has passed so many tests. They only stand behind the best of the best products. I know the training is very important to them because they want to make sure I am worthy as a stylist to place Xtreme Lashes on my clients. They set such high standards; they would like to keep their stylists and products being the best on the market there is. I chose Xtreme Lashes because they were selective in choosing their stylists. This company made sure that all future stylists are licensed professionals. Even though it can be a little tough to achieve certification, I like the fact that Xtreme Lashes' standards for certification are so high.

I can't imagine not seeking my training through Xtreme Lashes. When compared to other “so called” Eyelash Extension Companies, they are far beyond in professionalism and expertise. I personally feel that TDLR should mandate training at this level for all those seeking to enter the Eyelash Extension market. This is far too serious of a business to allow untrained people perform this service. We all know that in Cosmetology, the training of eyelash extensions is barely covered if at all. Yet, one could legally perform this service with no specialized training. I wish I could bend TDLR's ear on this issue.

I have never ceased to be thankful that when I was researching a company to train with that I chose Xtreme. It sounded good but I had no idea what a wonderful company I had just become a part of. From the early days to now, I have NEVER had a bad experience with customer service or technical support, products or training. After extensive research I found that Xtreme Lashes® had the most professional training and application procedures in the field. I have been a service professional for 26 years and I've never seen an operation so committed to keeping the quality and service in high regard.

It seems like Xtreme goes above and beyond in safety and training in making sure that the client is happy and the lash company is well represented. Of all the lash extension classes, companies, etc. that I researched on the internet, I felt like Xtreme was the only one who was professional enough to care about the client's safety and satisfaction - not just selling a lash kit with a DVD for training.

Although I did not get certified on the 2nd day, I am glad of that. I do not feel someone with only 2 days experience should be certified right away.

I feel confident with Xtreme Lashes because they require that you be a licensed (professional) first before receiving training in eyelash extensions!!!  I believe hands-on training is the only true way to learn technique and safety precautions!!!!! I don't think we see enough of this in most of the beauty businesses!
