I am an esthetician and spa owner and have been doing Eyelash Extensions for several years. I always felt I had a natural talent for applying them but was always frustrated by the product. Xtreme Lashes has the best detailed training when it comes to lash extensions. I've taken another lash extension class and nothing compares. When working so close to the eyes, nothing can be more important the having appropriate training and having enough time to practice before you become certified. I've experienced another competitor’s class and the class did not detail gluing technique which is so important to have the lash adhere. I recently went to a small town in Utah for my sisters wedding. My sister had her eyelashes done & I couldn't believe how natural they looked. As soon as I got there, I had my done too. It was the most uncomfortable experience ever! My bottom lashes were scotch taped down (which was unbearable) and my eyes were tearing the entire time. It took everything in me to hold still but I was determined to have beautiful lashes so I endured! I chose to train with Xtreme Lashes 3 years ago because they were the first company to take their time explaining everything. It was fairly new back then and they were very attentive. Mary Beth was an excellent trainer, very hands on and patient. We could ask her anything and she would demonstrate often. She had no problem working with the students and answering any questions in regards to lash application. This is unlike anything I have learned before. I feel that two days are definitely a must to feel comfortable and confident. There are only a handful of lash stylists in my area, and none of them are marketing themselves. The GlideLiner™ has been an awesome addition to my retail business, and I expect it to be even more so. I demo the liner on the back of my clients hands, so they can feel the texture and then after a few seconds, 30 or so, they cannot believe how it doesn't budge. That is my favorite part! I can hardly keep the liner in after I demo it to my clients, even the ones with out lashes, they all love it! My clients like the liner because it is so easy to use and does not tug at the delicate eye tissue so it goes on so perfectly, with out any skips or gaps. I also love the colors we have available; they are complimentary to the eye color and most all of the shadows out on the market. I have to say I also like the way the GlideLiner™ is easily removed with our Make-up remover, I suggest to my clients they spray the applicator wands and gently remove the liner from the lash line. What a great combo! I also give the sharpener away with purchase, thinking it is a nice touch and they are so reasonably price. I use the eyeliner myself and that's all I use!! I use the GlideLiner™ and love it. The actual finished look of the liner is fabulous when it is applied. The colors are great as well. The GlideLiners™, just like all the rest of the Xtreme Lash® products, are made with such great quality. I do think they are one of the best selling products from Xtreme Lashes®. In 2009 I have sold over $1700 worth of Xtreme Lash retail products. I sell about 20+ of the GlideLiner™ a month. My clients are really pleased with the liners. Everything was great! I was extremely nervous going into this. Xtreme is awesome and worth the money. I trained previously with a competitor and well, I know that one gets what they pay for. In order to fully appreciate Xtreme Lashes® and be so proud to be involved in Xtreme Lashes® I had to go through a less than favorable experience with another company. I had no idea there was such thing as architecture, the use of tape on the lids, the gel pads and other things. The other company had me apply lash extensions to a piece of paper. How realistic and helpful is that when lash extensions are to be applied to a human?

I was immediately comfortable with Dr. Beasley. I appreciated her use of terms and explaining anything. She never proceeded until I had complete understanding/comprehension of the process. Dr. Beasley’s use of Charlene, the computer and personal experience and her patience is phenomenal. I received the training necessary to use both tweezers and having Dr. Beasley give me formal feedback via the “report card” was great. She made me feel comfortable which allows me to have the confidence and great attitude ...two very necessary ingredients to be part of the Xtreme Lashes® family. My favorite part was Dr. Beasley explaining that my goal should be to have my potential clients love their lashes when returning for a fill as much as they love their lashes the day they received their full set. The 2 day training was a lot more informative than I thought it would be. I called Xtreme Lashes® to be greeted by a very helpful and cheery voice, Angel. She walked me through the entire process of signing up for the proper class and ordering the right kit that was ideal for what I was looking for. After I left the class on the second day I felt 100% prepared to take my first client and was so excited to get my business going! I came into class expecting this to be a simple deal. It turned out to be another experience which took me to a higher level partnered with my nursing degree. Honestly I had an excellent experience and wouldn't have changed anything. The customer service is excellent! By far the customer service is above and beyond any other places I called and requested information on. Everyone is able to give you details about the products and training experience. They are also available when convenient for you. My experience with training was very hands on and informative. You get all the tools you need to build your own business in doing these amazing lashes. Kim was excellent. She is very informed of the products, company and technique. I would recommend the 2 day workshop for everyone. The second day you actually work on someone most of the day and the trainer is there for any questions you might have or any problems. For me, you have to have the 2nd day. You get more information on marketing and the tricks of the trade. I liked that the classes are small and I got a lot of hands on training as well. I am loving everything about Xtreme Lashes®, the Gold kit is awesome, very impressive. LOVED training, ready for more! I just want to say that I am SO impressed with Xtreme Lashes®. As if that weren’t enough, you even GIVE us high quality, well designed flyers to print out and use to further enhance our success! From working with a printer, designer etc. over the years, I know what it cost to have someone design these items and it is NOT cheap, and yet you give us these flyers for free! Who ever heard of a company doing that????

For the cherry on top, every week you give us discounts. Most companies will give you a discount on the products that they can’t sell, or products that people don’t want. Xtreme Lashes® gives us discounts on the good stuff and on EVERYTHING we need and use on a daily basis. It’s crazy! You even give us discounts on our retail products. Not to sound redundant – but what other company does that???

I wanted to drop a line a couple of weeks ago about exemplary customer service I received.  I was assisted by Cindy and she went out of her way to help me and, in every sense of the word, she gave me great customer service. I took the Xtreme training about a year ago and, even though I know of European and Californian lash companies, have always been a huge fan of Xtreme Lashes®. I know several people in the industry that use other products purely to cut costs and gain a bigger profit bucket. Here's the reasons I stay with Xtreme:

...you should choose a Company that stands behind its customers over cheaper and, most definitely inferior, lashes. I am going to my first wedding show and had ordered some brochures specific to wedding marketing (Xtreme also has the best marketing) when I found a sentence I did not like... I called and asked to speak to a manager - not because the service agent I was talking to was not helpful, but because I realized my issue would need escalation. Not only was the Customer Service Agent understanding, (I expect no less now), but true to form, my call was answered in a timely manner by a manager. My situation was not only rectified to a satisfactory end, I also feel that Xtreme actively follows continuous improvement. 

I just wanted to write and commend your company on having such qualified instructors.
