If you ever have the privilege of speaking with Skyy Hadley I guarantee you’ll come away smiling! Her down-to-earth demeanor is absolutely refreshing and her enthusiasm for life is simply contagious. It’s easy to see why Skyy and her ‘As U Wish Nail Spa’ quickly climbed to the top of the list for celebs on the East Coast.

Skyy, a native of Missouri, migrated to the hectic New York City life in the late 80’s. As a mani-pedi diva she worked for prestigious salons like Prive and Bliss Spa before heading out on her own with Hoboken’s ‘As U Wish,’ a name that reflects her personal credo on customer service. “I believe in catering to the customers no matter what… I want to be your genie, so your wish is my command.” This philosophy has garnered Skyy a fan base that includes Claire Danes, Faith Hill, Mariska Hargitay, Liv Tyler and Uma Thurman, to name a few.

In late 2006, Skyy decided to expand her successful business by adding a new skill. She looked into Xtreme Lashes® after hearing they were the “most sought out lashes” and ultimately signed on for an October 2006 training. “Xtreme was more professional and I liked that they offered a training course that allowed you to do one on one,” she says. Her high profile clientele loved her new addition and Skyy is now the ‘go to’ Lash Stylist for singers Charli Baltimore and Faith Evans plus a few additional celebs that, for now, wish to remain anonymous.

Xtreme Lashes® quickly became so popular at ‘As U Wish’ that Skyy’s staff was clamoring for their own training. Two additional Xtreme Stylists now lash away at the Spa but are soon moving on to bigger and better things. What could be bigger & better than ‘As U Wish’? Skyy’s new project is the soon to be open ‘Blink Beauty Boutique,’ a separate location specializing entirely in Xtreme Lashes®, designed to meet the growing demand in her area.

As a celeb favored nail expert and Lash Stylist, you might think Skyy just sits back and lets clients come to her. Not true at all. This very busy lady is always hard at work, promoting and advertising to keep herself and her services at the forefront. Recently her Xtreme Lashes® applications have been featured on the popular NY beauty sites ‘Makeup Loves Me’ and ‘Beauty News NYC’ and in top local bridal magazine ‘Long Island Bride & Groom’. She’s also scheduled to apply lashes on site at the Hoboken Festival Fair where she will be giving away every fifth set of lashes for free and providing special arrangements for cancer survivors. Inspired by Oprah’s ‘Big Gift’, her appearance at the fair is being filmed and sent off to the show for possible inclusion! Skyy has some other “hush, hush” events in the works, so stay tuned.
