Just outside of Dallas, TX, Anna Phillips is hard at work in her Colleyville lash studio. A native of Walla Walla, WA, Anna migrated to the Dallas area with her husband in 2003. Licensed in Massage and Esthetics and certified in Permanent Make-up Artistry, she worked in a variety of Day Spa’s, Salons, and Medi-Spa’s for nearly 10 years before hearing about the latest craze in beauty, eyelash extenions, in 2005.

She tried various companies with little success before coming to Xtreme Lashes®. “They weren’t working,” she says, “and all they had was DVDs. When I tried to call, all the other companies gave me the run around.” She found Xtreme on the web and was pleased when her initial calls were fielded by knowledgeable people who able to answer all her questions. Climbing on board with Xtreme Lashes® for a October 2005 training, Anna quickly became one of the top Lash Stylists in the country with her superior technical skills and eye for the art of styling. Her expertise landed her a position as a Certified Xtreme Lashes® Trainer and she went on to train hundreds of others across the US for Xtreme.

Her own Xtreme Lashes® clientele flourished during this time and, in August of 2006, Anna opened the first dedicated semi-permanent eyelash extension salon in Texas, The Lash Lounge™, to meet the growing demand. Since then she has expanded to open an additional Lash Lounge™ in Plano, TX and added a number of additional Xtreme Lashes® Stylists to fill out her staff. She currently has plans to open a third in Ft. Worth this summer.

The Lash Lounges™ are now some of hottest spots in the Dallas area with clients coming from as far away as Amarillo to maintain their gorgeous flutters. Anna also personally styles the lashes of several local celebrity clients including the 2006 Mrs. Texas America winner, Tracy Elliot, as well as the player's wives of Major League Baseball's Texas Rangers, and the NFL’s Cowboys’ wives and cheerleaders. She and her Lash Lounges™ have been featured in Allure Magazine, Seventeen Magazine, WFAA (the local ABC affiliate in Dallas), and by numerous local and national online and printed press organizations.

The Lash Lounges™ also have plans to get more involved with Breast Cancer charities in the coming months. For October of this year, Anna plans to launch a Pink Lashes campaign at her locations and donate the proceeds to the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation.

Due to her busy schedule, Anna retired from being an Xtreme Lashes® Trainer in December of 2007. She still has a number of Stylist fans out there who are grateful for the guidance she gave them while working towards their own success.
