Billy Lowe (pictured here with singer Lance Bass) is a native of Macon, GA and has worked in the beauty industry for over 10 years. He holds a BA in Education from Asbury College and has polished his technical cut & color skills thru advanced academies including Graham Webb of London and the Sassoon methods. He has also attended numerous Tony Robbins motivational seminars which he says "really gave me the tools I need to advance - not only professionally, but personally as well."

Billy joined with Xtreme Lashes® after completing his training in Los Angeles in March of this year.  He immediately set to work extensively promoting himself as a stylist for the ‘Premier’ eyelash extension company, Xtreme Lashes®.  Since March 2007, Billy has garnered an article on Xtreme Lashes® in Salon City Magazine, applied Xtreme Lashes® to singer Katharine McPhee, promoted Xtreme Lashes® at Hollywood’s 2nd Annual ’30 Under 30’ event honoring young Hollywood talent, and hosted an Xtreme Lashes® lash cabana at a swank Beverly Hills Samsung Launch party to name just a few things.

Billy styles the lashes and hair of his legions of fans out of his upscale salon, The Billy Lowe Hair Studio, located in West Hollywood.

Outside of his passion for his work, he enjoys travel, photography, and is very active in the Los Angeles community giving his time and talents to organizations such as The Trevor Project, HRC, Helping Hands, Heal the Bay, and The Friendly House - just to name a few.
