Sherrie Bacon

Sherrie Bacon, pictured here with Xtreme Lashes® President Jo Mousselli, is the proud owner of Sher Extensions, a thriving salon in Johnson City, TN. Trained in Cosmetology at Tri-city Beauty College in 2004 Sherrie started Sher Extensions that same year as a full service salon specializing in hair extensions. Her interest in eyelash extensions was peaked after coming across an ad in American Salon Magazine. She remembers explaining her new interest to her husband, “This is awesome; women are going to LOVE lash extensions.” Sherrie researched and called several lash companies before making the final decision to train with Xtreme Lashes®. “Xtreme was helpful,” she says. “They were knowledgeable, answered every question I had… and they were so NICE to me… that makes a difference. Customer service was definitely the reason I chose this company. I didn’t know anything about the products or training of any of the companies at the time so I could only base my decision on the people.”

Sherrie completed her initial Xtreme Lashes® training in January 2006. She returned in October of that same year to further her skills with an Advanced Training in Dallas, TX. Although she still runs a full service salon, Sherrie says Xtreme Lashes® now account for 80-90% of her business. As an experienced Advanced Certified Lash Stylist who is now quite familiar with the products and training of Xtreme Lashes® (and still loving the customer service) Sherrie’s very happy with her initial decision. “I’m so glad I made this choice,” she says. “Now I can see the superiority over the others.”

Sher Extensions proudly supports numerous national charities such as the American Cancer Society and the Breast Awareness Foundation in addition to donating a portion of their proceeds to the local Police Department and Doe River Gorge, a children’s camp near and dear to Sherrie’s heart. To promote her Xtreme Lashes® services Sherrie advertises on local TV, in numerous print publications and recently exhibited at the Women’s Expo, a tradeshow attended by more than 7,000 consumers. As a busy owner, Lash Stylist and Xtreme Lashes® Trainer, Sherrie admittedly doesn’t have much free time these days. Every moment outside her hectic business life is devoted to family and home, though. Spending quality time with her husband, two daughters and two grandsons remains her primary focus.
