I first contacted Xtreme Lashes last winter wanting to purchase products as I completed certification from another lash company. Realizing I could not order them online, being in Canada and also not being certified with them, I phoned customer service. The woman I spoke with explained the entire certification process, the importance of it, and how I can contact Health Canada to urge them to allow the service in Canada (at that point it was not yet allowed). She then followed up with an email summarizing what we talked about and how I can take action to help the process of it coming to Canada. I realized this was the brand to be with and could not wait for the go ahead North of the border.

The cosmetology industry unfortunately has a poor reputation in general for product representation, training, and policy. Xtreme Lashes sets the bar miles above the rest and I hope to see other types of brands in the industry follow their lead with customer service, professionalism and of course the highest quality of product. And, needless to say, the training I have since taken and their products are the best. It is organized, well planned out and taught in a specific manner. I was very impressed and happy I decided on the 2-day Workshop. I definitely felt the 2nd day was worthwhile because I had more supervised training. I think I would have felt a bit lost when I got back home if I had only taken the 1 day class. My trainer, Alyssa, was outgoing and approachable so the few questions my class had were posed freely. She was also very knowledgeable about the Xtreme Lashes product and was excellent with giving tips on application techniques. I always knew if I was doing it right because she would give feedback; she would stop me if I was doing something wrong and show me (by demonstration) how to do the technique properly. When I first realized I wanted to learn to do eyelash extensions I narrowed down my options to Xtreme and Novalash. Being that I knew NOTHING about applying eyelashes I called Novalash with a million and one questions. Needless to say, the woman I spoke with was completely rude and acted as if she had better things and people to attend to. I was a little frustrated but I just shrugged it off. Still I figured I should ask the same questions to Xtreme. The gentlemen I spoke with, Qasim, was soo polite. I must have called 10 times within 2 days.  Each time he politely answered my questions and never once rushed me off the phone. Customer service is a HUGE deal to me. Day 1 was just a relaxing experience of me trying to grasp the whole concept of picking up the tweezers properly and separating the lashes etc.  On day 2 we got to apply a full set AND we had to complete it in a given time frame. Xtreme Lash is by far the best product available. I have tried and continue to try other products that come out and always go back to Xtreme. I’ve had clients come and swear by a different product so I'll order it and once they come back in and compare it to what I had used on them before, they too are believers and ask me to go back to Xtreme. Without the training, there is no way the application can be done accurately, safely and professionally. It was very detailed and organized. I came to the workshop with no experience at lash extensions. Everything was provided so all I needed to do was concentrate on the learning process. The first day for me was just working through and becoming comfortable with the process. That night I read the manual and practiced - and the next day when I went in, my work improved immensely. I was able to focus on doing the work rather than the learning how to do it. So, although I'm still learning, it's more of a refinement. I did my first set since “graduation” and I felt completely comfortable. I would recommend the 2 day workshop to anyone without experience. It's a wonderful feeling to make a person not only look great but feel great too. So many of my clients say that they are ''addicted'' to this service and that they ''cannot imagine not having their lashes.'' They love how much easier their mornings are since eye makeup is no longer a necessity. Of course, along with now loving what I do (I solely do lash extensions now), the financial aspect of it is just as rewarding. It is a wonderful feeling to love what you do and REALLY profit from it.

The training was amazing. Everything was fully explained, and all my questions were answered. I love a company who really takes pride in fully training the people who will be representing them... that makes you be a perfectionist even before leaving the class. I think it prepares people better. It makes all the difference.

I loved the time and effort that was given by the instructor (Zayd). He was extremly knowledgable and I feel very confident representing this product for your company. I feel that the class was very well structured and the hands on was perfect. It gave me enough time to fully practice and understand everything that was taught to me in the class. It was very hands on and very particular. I left feeling extremly confident about applying the lash extensions.

This is my 2nd class with Sherrie. I learned even more this time than I did the first time. She is extremely motivating and you can tell she really loves what she is doing. She really cared about each individual student fully understanding the procedures and products and WHY those steps and products were so important. I took my first class in January and was so overwhelmed with information but could not wait to practice on my clients. After 3 months of taking pictures and practicing on clients I got frustrated because I didn't have the perfect picture of an eye, or I didn't feel like it was my best.

I then signed up for the Xtended Roadmap. I loved the class! I learned so much about marketing myself and beginning a business. Also, how to set goals for myself to get better. It can be so overwhelming after having a whole day of just learning technique and the whole procedure. The 2nd day just helps to explain that if you practice these techniques and the procedure and get really good and market yourself well, you can make X amount of dollars for doing X amount of full sets a week. It helps to get you motivated!

I like that Xtreme is so thorough and particular about the steps and how detail oriented you have to be. It helps to determine quickly if this is something you want to make a career out of or if this is just a fad. I want to take as much training as I can and understand completely all there is to know about Xtreme Lashes. I have been a hairstylist now for almost 9 years and have never fallen in love with something so quickly as doing Xtreme Lashes. Sherrie has been a true inspiration to me during all of my training to date. It makes me want to strive for excellence in all that I do but especially with Xtreme. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!!

I've been wanting to do this for along time, I did not know which company to choose from, when I came across Xtreme Lashes and read all the information, I was very impressed. I'm a Licensed Esthetician and what I loved the most about Xtreme Lashes® (is that) you have to go through training and be certified!! I knew then, I made the right decision.

Oh My God!!! I loved it! I'm really glad that I went with Xtreme. I feel safe with Xtreme, with all the training and how the company is so reliable. It is very educating... I read a lot about your adhesive and I just felt like Xtreme knew what they were talking about more than the competitors. It is very comforting that they don't cut any corners on anything that they do. Everything was great!

Trisha was very helpful and she explained everything very easily. She answered all of my questions (which I had a lot of them) and it was very detailed. It was so comfortable being with her. She made it seem like we all knew each other for so long... Loved her!

It made a huge difference in my skill level between the 1st day and 2nd day. I love marketing information so I really liked all of the ideas that Xtreme had on the 2nd day. I'm glad that I had more hands on experience. It's all about hands on practice. I totally thought it was worth it.

I signed up for the class on March 16th where I met Ignacia and the other instructor from Idaho (Carla).  I had a great time, I learned so much and they both did a phenomenal job teaching the course. I couldn't believe how many people were from out of state taking the course. I had told Ignacia on the first day of the class that I was going to go to her so she could do my eyelashes because if I was going to apply them, I really believe I should have them on. Plus...I wanted them on!! After I got them applied, I made an appointment with Ignacia and I just got my first refill and made appointments for my next 2 refills. The Lashe Spot is a nice and cozy place, I felt very welcomed by the other staff and of course welcomed from Iggy with a GREAT BIG HUG!!

I love the eyelashes! I have gotten so many compliments. Some people that know and others who just think I have them like this naturally!! If you remember me I told you I was a critical care nurse here in the Chicago area. One patient’s SONS told me, "Your eyelashes are so pretty", I think I was so in shock that 2 men told me this when men sometimes don't say too much about EYELASHES!! Later another patient’s wife asked me who I inherited my beautiful eyelashes from. I laughed and had to tell her truthfully from where. She and her daughter couldn't believe they were extensions. I then gave them my card and pamphlet and told them how great they were!! I really can go on and on with these stories. I am very excited about applying them and having them on. I have done 4 clients and am doing a bride this upcoming Monday and a coworker in these upcoming weeks before her vacation. The people I have put them on just love them! I can't wait to do more… Thanks again.

I learned a lot during my recent training with Ebony; she is very professional and has first hand experiences with the business, and is very current with the products. …exactly what I needed, since after Level 1 training more than a year ago, I had more questions than answers. Due to the small amount of students, she let us ask questions and shared her own insights in developing her business as well. She is very helpful in clarifying areas that I can improve, and she is so well prepared.  

My experience was excellent and I am looking forward to moving forward with my business. Even though I audited the first day, it's always good to review, the 2nd day just built upon the first day. It's like a building block of focused efforts for continuous growth with business and application. It was well worth my time and efforts to be at this workshop. I also appreciated the new workbook, the hands-on demonstration is vital to continue to build my business.

The training classes were what I expected and more. I feel you have got the best training out there. I purchased another eyelash kit, I paid a lot of money for it and all I got as training was a DVD. I then did more research on it and went to an Xtreme workshop. I was impressed and very satisfied with the instruction I got on applying the eyelashes. The instructors are all well trained and knowledgeable.

I feel the Xtended Education I received (on 02/29/08) was helpful in my application techniques. I enjoyed the class. The one on one with Ignacia was great. She was able to help me on my application technique and correct me on some bad habits. The marketing part of the class was very helpful in getting my business off the ground. I got great ideas on how to jump start my business. I am very happy with my decision to become an Xtreme Lash technician.

Xtended Education was great for me because I was able to get my certification! The marketing tips are right-on; I will definitely be using everything I learned. My favorite thing is the 6 month outline - 'The Roadmap to Success'. You guys make it easy for us! Trisha made me feel very comfortable right away. She is friendly and attentive. I felt that I could ask her anything. A special thank you to Mike for teaching me how to use my camera over the phone!

Having been previously certified by another company 2 years ago, I was unsure of what to expect, because I really wanted to be in the advanced training. But I MUST admit how HAPPY I was to work with Trisha and Ebony. While in the class they helped me see new things and advance my techniques in ways that will greatly assist me in furthering my education with Xtreme Lashes and bettering my service quality with my clients. Learning eyelash extensions was one of the most exciting things I've experienced. There so many creative things you could with the different colors and gems. This is just another way to advance in my career as a stylist and to beautify my clients. I thought it was well thought out as far as how to do the training and they thought of everything. I was very excited about the whole thing and the power point was helpful to see.

Having someone there observing also is a great benefit. I felt the trainers (Zayd & Kimberly) were very knowledgeable and friendly. They were able to answer any questions we may have had and willing to talk about there own experiences. They were good at giving advice on how to do better and what you will need to start out.

Going to the training in Boca Raton really amazed me. I personally love that they kept the amount of students at a small amount. It gave us time to really absorb the information that Mikaela was telling us. I loved that the power point presentation "flowed" with what Mikaela was telling us. The pictures and written material was amazing, very professional. Mikaela gave us tips and it was such a relief that my dream was indeed as tangible as I imagined.

I personally couldn't get enough... What I liked most about Mikaela is that she told us her personal story and it made me feel that I wasn't the only one feeling that way. I thought before the class I was going to pass with flying colors and instead it made me realize that I need to slow down and just take it one step at a time. The class helped me tremendously... very well thought out.

The products are really nice; good quality. I continue to be very impressed with Xtreme and am so excited to be working with a product that stands by their vision. I want to be part of that vision more than ever since taking that course. All the customer service representatives that I have associated with have been fantastic. Make this (Xtended Education) class mandatory!!! I was very pleased with all the knowledge that I was given, it was very helpful. I had experience for about 1 month, working on 6 clients prior to taking this second class. I had a lot of questions and I believe with this class I learned more techniques, designs, and speed. I chose Xtreme Lashes for the fact other companies trashed this company and I felt as though they weren't intelligent enough to sell their product, they didn't believe in their product... and I had seen one of their flyers. They have nothing on Xtreme Lashes. By far, yours is more professional, gorgeous; a lot more presentable. I would recommend that all Xtreme Lashes Stylists receive as much knowledge as possible in order to be successful in the application of lash extensions. The workshops were very much needed for those students who are having a hard time in certain area. I have attended 3 classes and each time I learn something different that makes my job and concerns a little easier.

I do feel that the (Xtended Education) workshop helped me with more knowledge and concerns that I had. I was able to learn more and became even more excited about learning. I also learned not to be in a hurry to become certified. I like the idea that Xtreme is willing to work with us as Lash Stylists until we can perfect the application.

I liked that everyone (in the Xtended Education Workshop) has worked with the lashes for a little while, so it was nice to hear that other people where not perfect as well as myself. Discussing problems that we have had with ways to resolve them was comforting. It really broke me of some of my bad habits. I'm heavy handed and I just needed to lighten up a little. I also liked the marketing part and the way to sell myself as a Lash Stylist.

Ebony Sparks was a great trainer. Her knowledge in the field and the way that she handled the class taught me more than I was expecting. She is very right to the point.  Ebony will let you know if you are doing something wrong, then she will show you how to correct it the right way. Big help.

I have been with Xtreme Lashes for about a year now. When I first heard about eyelash extensions I did my research and decided Xtreme Lashes was the company for me. Unfortunately, I was not a licensed professional, so I went to school to become an aesthetician JUST so that I could do Xtreme Lashes.

The reason I am writing is just to say that I am so pleased to be a part of this company. The customer service is the best I've received from anyone with any product. Also, I took my initial training over a year ago. I audited a class this past weekend with Mikaela Fernandez and was SO impressed with her training. I thought Kimberly and Nicole both did an excellent job... They were both very professional in the way they presented themselves, but were also very personable. (The training was) very detailed and easy to follow. By the time we did the hands on portion, I think everyone had a clear understanding of what to do. I'm very new with Xtreme Lashes, but so far I feel very confident that I made the right choice in the company to go with for my business. Loving Lashes! After a weekend in Texas this month training to apply Xtreme Lashes I am hooked! Being an artist I was very intrigued with this concept and began researching online. There were so many companies out there proclaiming to be the best & using scare tactics in order to swing you into their web of deceit. I had a challenge in front of me; but in the end made what I am sure is the ultimate decision when it came to a reputable & professional company.

Xtreme Lashes had me not only from the time I researched their site and background but once I made the call for information the deal was sealed. I recently attended an Xtreme Lashes Advanced Certification Workshop in New York City. I traveled from the West Coast to attend, and without a doubt, I am convinced it was one of the best investments I have made while working as a Certified Technician with Xtreme Lashes. For this training experience it was ENLIGHTENING, to say the least. I loved how the three trainers(Mike,Kate & Sharon) all had various takes on the Xtreme Lash business, they come from different areas and have different personality styles and styles of teaching but one thing was common, their LASH APPLICATION TECHNIQUES were IDENTICAL!!! It proved to me that all I have to do is perfect the technique and I could be successfull too. It's all about practicing doing it RIGHT, so you have to be taught the correct way of applying from the beginning. The worse thing that could happen is to be taught WRONG and then practice WRONG!! I feel VERY confident that I was taught RIGHT and as a result I feel VERY confident about my future with Xtreme Lashes.

I also want to Thank You for your excellent CUSTOMER SERVICE staff. In a day and age where everything is done via the internet or automated phone services, it is refreshing to have a company like Xtreme Lashes that still values human connection. The staff was great in helping me get my kit and schedule the workshop. They follow up and do exactly what they say they will (imagine that!). I went into the office the day after the Workshop to order some additional products and the staff was super friendly and helpful. I did a lot of research into different lash extension companies, as you know they are popping up all over the place. It was important to me to go with someone reliable, reputable, and someone that offered a training program worthy of my investment.From the first phone call just asking some basic questions to my actual order, I was treated like a V.I.P.

Moving on to my class, It was much more valuable than I had imagined, I highly recommend attending one before you begin integrating lash extensions into your service menu. My instructor , Amber Relis, was awesome. She really took time to help everyone individually, and lent us some very helpful tips and tricks you would never get from just reading the "how to".

I performed my first full set today, they turned out fabulous and I'm so excited to be doing the Xtreme Lashes eyelash extensions. (and after that class I did a really good job I must say!)

I recently attended the International Beauty show in New York City and I was surprised to see how many vendors were selling and demonstrating eyelash extensions. But what surprised me the most was to see that everyone was doing it wrong! There may have been 15 booths demonstrating and not one technician (if you can call them that) was wearing magnifiers, none of the people were taped properly and no one had sufficient lighting! It is companies like these that can really bring our industry down. By improper application all of these customers will have negative effects to their lashes and spread bad news about eyelash extensions. When I approached the Xtreme lashes booth I was so confident and proud to know this is the company I chose for training and work with! It was great to see Noor, my trainer, and to let her know that I'm very busy doing lashes and that she did an excellent job training me! I've been so excited about this company and now that I've seen the others I definitely know that I've made the right choice!

I liked the trainers very much.  The class was very informative.  I loved the passion they had for your product. The class started on time, the trainers were very knowledgeable, they also had more than enough supplies than needed for the class.

My trainer demonstrated professionalism in educating and shared her personal experiences with Xtreme Lashes as her career.  She spent a lot of time one-on-one with each student; I appreciated that.  I liked her ideas about marketing, and knowing that we would get support from the company.  I liked the one-on-one training that I received.

Excellent training, couldn’t imagine applying the lashes without it.  Johnyee was great and gave us a lot of helpful tips.

I liked that we had the opportunity to work through an entire set with the aid of experienced trainers available.  This gave me the confidence to perform the procedure with much more confidence. I did enjoy the trainers very much and the class as a whole.  I am glad I had the opportunity to attend.  Thank you for coming to our town.  I love the quality of the products and all of the people that I have had the privilege of working with in this company.  Those things are the two most important parts of a successful business.  Good Job!

Thank you for having the eyelash class. My instructor was so nice and friendly she made me feel comfortable the first minute I entered the room. She was very slow to explain things to me which I needed to make sure I understood the process. It was terrific thank you.

The trainers were all very attentive, helpful, patient, and very nice.  I really enjoyed learning from them.  I most enjoyed the hands on training and how the trainers watch our work.

I was in Class 3/26 and I just wanted to say WOW.... I was amazed at the professionalism of Mike and Sharon and their passion for the product. No question was left un-answered. And everything was explained to the greatest detail.

I really loved the hands on training of the class and the time that each instructor spent with us making sure that we understood what we were doing and that we were comfortable with our application of product.

As soon as I made it home I had to run to the salon to show off my new lashes and I've already lined up everyone at work so I will have much needed practice before introducing ''Xtreme Lashes'' to the public!

I can't wait to get started with my clients and will be sending pictures in soon.
