I first contacted Xtreme Lashes last winter wanting to purchase products as I completed certification from another lash company. The cosmetology industry unfortunately has a poor reputation in general for product representation, training, and policy. Xtreme Lashes sets the bar miles above the rest and I hope to see other types of brands in the industry follow their lead with customer service, professionalism and of course the highest quality of product. And, needless to say, the training I have since taken and their products are the best. It is organized, well planned out and taught in a specific manner. I have taken a course from another brand in the past and this one just blew them away, I was very pleased. When I first realized I wanted to learn to
do eyelash extensions I narrowed down my options to Xtreme and Novalash. Being
that I knew NOTHING about applying eyelashes I called Novalash with a
million and one questions. Needless to say, the woman I spoke with was
completely rude and acted as if she had better things and people to attend to.
I was a little frustrated but I just shrugged it off. Still I figured I should
ask the same questions to Xtreme. The gentlemen I spoke with, Qasim, was soo
polite. I must have called 10 times within 2 days. Each time he politely
answered my questions and never once rushed me off the phone. Customer
service is a HUGE deal to me. The fact that the gentlemen I spoke with was so
polite sealed the deal with me choosing Xtreme. After taking the

...I researched every single eyelash extension company
and Xtreme Lashes® stood out the most by far. I can't stop
bragging to everyone how glad I am that I chose Xtreme Lashes®. And I'm so
proud and feel so honored to be a part of such an amazing company that
concentrates on safety and quality not how financially successful they are.
I'm the type of a person that likes to self teach because I do tend to pick
things up fast and get bored easily but, there is no way in the world that I
could've come close to what I learned in just 2 days. The companies that
don't require hands on training should be ashamed, our eyes are one of the most
important organs and if the stylist is not properly trained I can only imagine

Switching from a lesser known company who provided
little training was the best decision I made! Since day one I
have been happy with this company! From the easy to navigate
website, great phone customer service from Mia, convenient location of the
class (I was so excited to see the set up once I walked into the room), the
amount of knowledge given about the products and the company...I am just
overjoyed that I chose to switch!

It is very educating... I read a lot about your
adhesive and I just felt like Xtreme knew what they were talking about more
than the competitors. It is very comforting that they don't cut

I am so impressed with Xtreme Lashes I don't know where
to start. After using another brand that I would have to toss so many
lashes away and the glue would gum up, then going to Xtreme, it's like day and
night. Rarely do I get a lash with a hook in it and the glue
is superior to any I've used.

I feel you have got the best training out there.
I purchased another eyelash kit, I paid a lot of money for it and all I got
as training was a DVD. I then did more research on it and went to
an Xtreme workshop. I was impressed and very satisfied with the instruction I
got on applying the eyelashes. I am very happy with my decision to become
an Xtreme Lash technician.

this company and I felt as though they weren't intelligent enough to sell
their product, they didn't believe in their product... and I had
seen one of their flyers. They have nothing on Xtreme Lashes.
By far, yours is more professional, gorgeous; a lot more presentable.

I had my first lash repair also; they went to a NOVA
Lash girl who glued 3 to 4 lashes together in several places, along with huge
balls of black glue up and down the lash! Like I tell
everyone, this is the best place to go and get training with professional and
quality aftercare.

products prior. I just did a fill with the new HP-A glue and LOVE

competitors and this training was 100% better. We jumped into
application and business immediately. Not spend the morning looking at slides
and listening to instructors then only have a limited time to have actual

CERTIFIED by a woman that I have YET to figure out her COMPANY NAME!! I have NO
real representation or support. Fortunately, I have done OK and
have not had any problems with clients ("thank the lord!"). I was attracted

After a weekend in Texas this month training to apply
Xtreme Lashes I am hooked! Being an artist I was very intrigued with this
concept and began researching online. There were so many companies out
there proclaiming to be the best & using scare tactics in order to swing
you into their web of deceit. I had a challenge in front of me; but in the end
made what I am sure is the ultimate decision when it came to a reputable &
professional company.
This is definitely not a procedure you want to learn off a video or
internet blog snippet! It will take many sets of lashes under my
fingers for me to come anywhere close to what these professionals are doing but
I am sure I will be there in no time.

Thank you for being the best lash extension company in the
business!! I had a client come in today that had gotten a full set applied
by a non Xtreme tech. Her lashes were a mess! She said it took her
about two weeks to get use to them, that they hurt her eyes and that they
just didn't feel right. I took a look at them and I couldn't
believe it. The lash base was a mess of glue and lashes stacked on lashes,
plus clumps of extensions pulling out clumps of natural lashes.
Needless to say I (very diplomatically!) explained the situation to her and now
she's coming in on Monday to get a new set applied. I wanted to take a
minute and thank you for your amazing product, customer service and the great
care you take in training those that represent your company.

My trainer Nicole knew that I have been an experienced
lash extensionist for other big name Lash companies for a few years now,
but she didn't hesitate to help or even to critique my applications. I
appreciate the attention I was given, especially since I will be exclusively

Having now been certified by both Novalash and Xtreme
Lashes, I can clearly see the difference. Not only is the Xtreme Lashes adhesive less viscous, it dries faster. To my
surprise you arranged massage beds for us so that we were mimicking a salon
environment. Unfortunately, at the Nova lash Workshop we put four or
five chairs together to form a makeshift bed, which was uncomfortable and
unprofessional. Since that was my premier experience with
workshops I expected Xtreme Lashes to be just as informal. I was delighted to
see how formal the conference room was at the Xtreme Lashes workshop. The
room was set up with a continental breakfast, and the staff was continuously
asking the trainer if anything was needed, which I loved. Having had
other training, Xtreme Lashes was far superior in product and organization of
the actual training. Thanks for setting the bar so high.

I recently attended the International Beauty show in New
York City and I was surprised to see how many vendors were selling and
demonstrating eyelash extensions. But what surprised me the most was to see
that everyone was doing it wrong! There may have been 15 booths
demonstrating and not one technician (if you can call them that) was wearing
magnifiers, none of the people were taped properly and no one had sufficient
lighting! It is companies like these that can really bring our industry down.
By improper application all of these customers will have negative effects to
their lashes and spread bad news about eyelash extensions. When I approached
the Xtreme lashes booth I was so confident and proud to know this is the
company I chose for training and work with! I've been so excited about this
company and now that I've seen the others I definitely know that I've made the
right choice!

After a truly bad experience with a cheaper kit from
(name deleted), I almost decided to quit doing eyelash extensions…. However,
your glue works so well. It has the perfect drying speed which
cuts off a lot of time from my applications. Even though I have about four
months of experience, I still learned some exceptional techniques that are
already saving me time and improving the look and durability of my lash
applications…
