I first contacted Xtreme Lashes last winter wanting to purchase products as I completed certification from another lash company. Realizing I could not order them online, being in Canada and also not being certified with them, I phoned customer service. The woman I spoke with explained the entire certification process, the importance of it, and how I can contact Health Canada to urge them to allow the service in Canada (at that point it was not yet allowed). She then followed up with an email summarizing what we talked about and how I can take action to help the process of it coming to Canada. I realized this was the brand to be with and could not wait for the go ahead North of the border. The cosmetology industry unfortunately has a poor reputation in general for product representation, training, and policy. Although I did not get certified on the 2nd day, I am glad of that. I do not feel someone with only 2 days experience should be certified right away.

I feel that Xtreme Lashes is a trustworthy company because of the way they handle the licensing process!!! I feel confident with Xtreme Lashes because they require that you be a licensed (professional) first before receiving training in eyelash extensions!!!  I believe hands-on training is the only true way to learn technique and safety precautions!!!!!
