I first contacted Xtreme Lashes last winter wanting to purchase products as I completed certification from another lash company. Realizing I could not order them online, being in Canada and also not being certified with them, I phoned customer service. The woman I spoke with explained the entire certification process, the importance of it, and how I can contact Health Canada to urge them to allow the service in Canada (at that point it was not yet allowed). She then followed up with an email summarizing what we talked about and how I can take action to help the process of it coming to Canada. I realized this was the brand to be with and could not wait for the go ahead North of the border. The cosmetology industry unfortunately has a poor reputation in general for product representation, training, and policy. Xtreme Lashes sets the bar miles above the rest and I hope to see other types of brands in the industry follow their lead with customer service, professionalism and of course the highest quality of product. When I first realized I wanted to learn to
do eyelash extensions I narrowed down my options to Xtreme and Novalash. Being
that I knew NOTHING about applying eyelashes I called Novalash with a million
and one questions. Needless to say, the woman I spoke with was completely rude
and acted as if she had better things and people to attend to. I was a little
frustrated but I just shrugged it off. Still I figured I should ask the same
questions to Xtreme. The gentlemen I spoke with, Qasim, was soo polite. I
must have called 10 times within 2 days. Each time he politely answered
my questions and never once rushed me off the phone. Customer
service is a HUGE deal to me. The fact that the gentlemen I spoke
with was so polite sealed the deal with me choosing Xtreme. After taking the

become my guy! I called to ask a few questions when I first decided to leave
the salon I was employed at to become independent. He was so nice!! He gave

my own hours, and make more money! Now, whenever I have a question or need to
place an order, I dial his extension. He is courteous, professional, so nice,

recently had the pleasure of speaking with Jo Mousselli
on the phone, and what I thought would be a 3 minute chat turned into an
almost 20 minute conversation! She was very nice and personable and

It was so different that an actual person
called me the day after the class to ask how it went and if I enjoyed it. It is
not too often that you get to talk to an actual person on the phone when a
large company is involved. I also like that fact that when I call customer

It is really nice to be associated with a company that

In a day and age where everything is done via the internet or automated phone
services, it is refreshing to have a company like Xtreme Lashes that still
values human connection. The staff was great in helping me get my
kit and schedule the workshop. They follow up and do exactly what they say they
will (imagine that!). I went into the office the day after the Workshop to
order some additional products and the staff was super friendly and helpful.

from the very kind and helpful young ladies who answer the phone when you call,
to the trainers, to the president of the company, Jo, who is always so helpful
and willing to answer any questions. I even called her one evening while she
was out eating dinner, yet she still took the time to help me! Now that’s
dedication!!
The marketing support Xtreme Lashes provides is phenomenal.
They don’t just take your money and set you on your way. They see to it that
once you become certified, you make the most of your skill, from the very
colorful and inviting brochures and business cards, to the referral website.
You really can't ask for anything more!
