My trainer, Alyssa, was outgoing and approachable so the few questions my class had were posed freely. She was also very knowledgeable about the Xtreme Lashes product and was excellent with giving tips on application techniques. I always knew if I was doing it right because she would give feedback; she would stop me if I was doing something wrong and show me (by demonstration) how to do the technique properly. She was attentive to all students as we applied lashes. She was also very prepared and had everything set up for us both in the morning and when we returned from lunch. There were so many ideas that Noor brought
to light on starting and marketing your business. I also like the fact that she

Kim was a great instructor!
I really liked the idea that she had very practical knowledge and gave us
some great tips. I noticed that even some of the other students
that attended that had been doing lashes for awhile, she was able to give some
"pointers" that they all felt was very helpful. She was very approachable and
didn't make you feel stupid. Knowledgeable, approachable, enthusiastic
...excited about the whole "Xtreme" line. Quite honestly, it did NOT feel like
a 10 hour class!! Kim has a great approach to training a group and I have a
lot of respect for her as a trainer and a person. |

Both trainers were incredible.
They were very informative and were extremely patient. They answered all of my

Both Mary Beth and Zayd were extremely friendly and so they made it a very

I signed up for the class on March 16th where I
met Ignacia and the other instructor from Idaho (Carla).
I had a great time, I learned so much and they both did a phenomenal job
teaching the course. I offered to come to the advanced class
if they needed a model. They agreed and I was there the next day to learn they
had tried to reach me to tell me they didn't need me after all. I thought
it was no big deal, I'll just go back home. They both insisted I stay and
still used me as a model as all the students watched the process live starting
from the first step. They were able to apply a FULL SET of eyelashes between
both of them as they assisted the students applying them to their classmates.
You know, they very easily could have taken my initial offer to go back home
without having to work on me while they held a class. I thought that was so
generous and thoughtful of them to do this. I just wanted to let you know
how wonderful these ladies were, not just as instructors but as human beings. |

My experience with Mikaela was great. I personally
couldn't get enough, I tried to soak up any knowledge she was willing to give
me. She was so personable and down to earth. She made me feel
comfortable and at ease. What I liked most about Mikaela is that she told us
her personal story and it made me feel that I wasn't the only one feeling that
way. I thought before the class I was going to pass with flying colors and
instead it made me realize that I need to slow down and just take it one step
at a time. Mikaela gave us tips and it was such a relief that my dream was
indeed as tangible as I imagined. |

Sherrie there to correct my work again and to tell me what I could improve

They were not "fly by nighters". It was not like some companies who put people

and I must say when these two walked through the door I had great concerns. My
first thought was, what in the world do these two young men know about false
eyelashes. However after meeting the two of them, and going through the
training I must say with as many courses as I have taken in the Aesthetic
arena, I can without reservation state that they were very professional, well
organized, and the training was very in depth. Both Mike and Zayd
have an internal calmness about them. They are such a great asset in our
