The cosmetology industry unfortunately has a poor reputation in general for product representation, training, and policy. Xtreme Lashes sets the bar miles above the rest and I hope to see other types of brands in the industry follow their lead with customer service, professionalism and of course the highest quality of product. And, needless to say, the training I have since taken and their products are the best. It is organized, well planned out and taught in a specific manner. I have taken a course from another brand in the past and this one just blew them away, I was very pleased. I wasn't sure how much I would learn in a one-day workshop, but I learned everything as though I was new at this and can't say enough great things about the “new” techniques. Xtreme Lashes are by far the best product out there as far as lash extensions. Their training was very easy to understand and the instructor (Rania) was very encouraging. (I liked) how precise the formula for applying lashes was and how easy it was to understand. I was very impressed and happy I decided on the 2-day Workshop. I definitely felt the 2nd day was worthwhile because I had more supervised training. My trainer, Alyssa, was outgoing and approachable so the few questions my class had were posed freely. She was also very knowledgeable about the Xtreme Lashes product and was excellent with giving tips on application techniques. I always knew if I was doing it right because she would give feedback; she would stop me if I was doing something wrong and show me (by demonstration) how to do the technique properly. After taking the class I now am positive
I made the right choice. I liked that it was such a small class.
Day 1 was just a relaxing experience of me trying to grasp the whole concept of
picking up the tweezers properly and separating the lashes etc. On day 2
we got to apply a full set AND we had to complete it in a given time frame.
I really got to feel everything out and see where my weaknesses were. I liked

The training was exceptional
and I was able to apply a full set the day after. My clients, as well as my
boss, are extremely happy with my work and rave about the product. I
attended a certification class and was quite surprised about how little I knew.
I learned the basics in my first workshop and thought that was all there was to
it. Noor was a great help in application techniques and explained in full

The overall training is well worth the
money and time spent. Without the training, there is no way the
application can be done accurately, safely and professionally. It was very
detailed and organized. Everyone had the opportunity to apply
lashes to another person. I felt comfortable. I believe the 2nd day of training
should be mandatory. You learn so much more about marketing. Once you get the
technique, you have to market yourself and be consistent. There were so many

I came to the workshop with no experience at
lash extensions. Everything was provided so all I needed to do was
concentrate on the learning process. The first day for me was just
working through and becoming comfortable with the process. That night I read
the manual and practiced - and the next day when I went in, my work improved
immensely. I was able to focus on doing the work rather than the learning how
to do it. So, although I'm still learning, it's more of a refinement. I did
my first set since “graduation” and I felt completely comfortable.
I would recommend the 2 day workshop to anyone without experience. On the
first day of almost anything that's new, there is a natural nervousness - by
the second day that was gone, so again, I could focus on the work.

The training was great! The 2nd day was
definitely a worthwhile addition. I felt I was going into the 2nd day feeling
that I knew something about lash application. On the first day, I really had no
idea what to expect, except what I had seen in Las Vegas. What you see and
hands-on is very different; I was pleased with how much hands-on there was in
the classes.
I did my first set of lashes on a real client yesterday. I felt confident
and safe; I knew that she would be very happy when I was done. I
was right, they looked beautiful! She was so happy; they were long, full and

My experience with Xtreme Lashes® so far has been great.
Very well organized and it was interesting the entire time. It was definitely a
great learning experience. I am so glad that I decided to attend the 2nd day
training the last minute. The hands-on experience is so important and helped me feel so much more comfortable with the application of Xtreme
Lashes®. The marketing portion of the class is so great; you gave great
ideas on helping someone start or improve their business. I'm the
type of a person that likes to self teach because I do tend to pick things up
fast and get bored easily but, there is no way in the world that I could've
come close to what I learned in just 2 days. The companies that
don't require hands on training should be ashamed, our eyes are one of the most
important organs and if the stylist is not properly trained I can only imagine
the damage that could be done and in some cases even possibility of permanent
damage. |

opportunities that were allowed during training. Verbal instruction is one
thing, but "hands-on" application is another. Kim made it sound
and look so EASY, and for her, with her exceptional talent, maybe it is easy.
When it came time to practice that which I had been instructed, I realized that
it takes much time and application in order to master the art of "Xtreme

I learned even more this time than I did
the first time. I took my first class in January and was so
overwhelmed with information but could not wait to practice on my clients.
After 3 months of taking pictures and practicing on clients I got frustrated
because I didn't have the perfect picture of an eye, or I didn't feel like it
was my best.
I then signed up for the Xtended Roadmap. I loved the class!
I learned so much about marketing myself and beginning a business.
Also, how to set goals for myself to get better. It can be so overwhelming
after having a whole day of just learning technique and the whole procedure.
The 2nd day just helps to explain that if you practice these techniques and the
procedure and get really good and market yourself well, you can make X amount
of dollars for doing X amount of full sets a week. It helps to get you
motivated!
I like that Xtreme is so thorough and particular about the steps and how
detail oriented you have to be. I want to take as much training as
I can and understand completely all there is to know about Xtreme Lashes. I
have been a hairstylist now for almost 9 years and have never fallen in love
with something so quickly as doing Xtreme Lashes. |

The training had a comprehensive coverage of all
aspects related to lash extensions--from application to marketing. (It) gave me the foundation I needed to do lash extensions. It makes a world of
difference to be able to learn the theory and do the hands on part under
supervision. Undoing a bad habit in your application is harder than when you
learn to do things the right way. Being a total neophyte, the first day was
very overwhelming. Day 2 was a reinforcement of what was taught on day 1 &
provided a very close supervision of my application. The teacher (Yana) was
very good at pointing out what I was doing wrong and improved my technique
considerably. The confidence day 2 gave me was worth the cost and has gotten me
excited about lash extensions! I feel like 2-day workshops
are a must for people like me who've never done lash extensions before. |

where incredible because they were patient, warm, and eager to make everyone

Oh My God!!! I loved it! I'm
really glad that I went with Xtreme. I feel safe with Xtreme, with all the
training and how the company is so reliable. It is very
educating... I read a lot about your adhesive and I just felt like Xtreme knew

I would recommend that all Xtreme Lashes
Stylists receive as much knowledge as possible in order to be successful in the
application of lash extensions. The workshops were very much
needed for those students who are having a hard time in certain area. I
have attended 3 classes and each time I learn something different that makes my
job and concerns a little easier.
I do feel that the (Xtended Education) workshop helped me with more
knowledge and concerns that I had. I was able to learn more and
became even more excited about learning. I also learned not to be in a hurry to

For this training experience it was ENLIGHTENING, to say
the least. I loved how the three trainers (Mike, Kate &
Sharon) all had various takes on the Xtreme Lash business, they come from
different areas and have different personality styles and styles of teaching
but one thing was common, their LASH APPLICATION TECHNIQUES were IDENTICAL!!!
It proved to me that all I have to do is perfect the technique and I could be
successful too. It's all about practicing doing it RIGHT, so you have to be
taught the correct way of applying from the beginning. The worse thing that
could happen is to be taught WRONG and then practice WRONG!! I feel VERY
confident that I was taught RIGHT and as a result I feel VERY confident about
my future with Xtreme Lashes. |

Moving on to my class, it was much more valuable than I
had imagined, I highly recommend attending one before you begin
integrating lash extensions into your service menu. I performed my first full
set today, they turned out fabulous and I'm so excited to be doing the Xtreme
Lashes eyelash extensions. (and after that class I did a really good job I must
say!) |

I have been to trainings for different industries, all
over the country, I was impressed that the training was time sensitive and
totally controlled by the trainers. I learned what I needed
to and had critiquing when I needed it during my hands-on portion of
training. Bravo Xtreme Lashes®. I was very impressed
with the concise information and the direct way it was presented. I felt
no time was wasted and almost all areas that could be covered were before we
did our hands-on training. |

Xtreme Lashes has an excellent training workshop! I would
recommend it to anyone looking to add this service to their salon or spa!
The instructors are very informative and skilled, and the classroom set up is
very professional and conducive to your learning experience. |

(The) lecture portion was very well done and the folder was
extremely helpful. It was nice not to have to take notes knowing that
everything was already written down for us. Therefore, our time was well
spent focusing on the lecture itself and absorbing as much as possible. (The)
hands-on portion (was) extremely fun, and the confidence level achieved by the
end of the session was remarkable!!!!!! …you can watch it forever but until
you actually do it you don't appreciate the extreme precision. Overall
Absolutely Excellent!!!!!! |

The hands on portion was great. It was the best part
of the training. It all came together and I can't wait to work on my
first client. I feel the experience was worthwhile. |

What I liked most about the training was the fact that it
was so well put together! You really left no stone unturned! From the very
informative and well-put-together binder, complete with diagrams, (which I
thought was really great that we could always refer to it), to the very
informative lecture.
Your Workshop is really second to none. I highly recommend it to anyone who
wants to get a real, in depth course on applying lashes. I took a course last
year, and it is not even worth comparing to this one-- it's almost embarrassing
for them. I would like to see another eyelash extension company top this
course! Impossible!!
I took the course 6 days before Christmas. …I am so proud to say that the
Xtreme Lashes course was worth every penny-- even if I did take it
at the most financially straining time of year!! |
