  1. Can I buy an Xtreme Lashes by Jo Mousselli® eGift Card for someone to purchase a Training Program seat or Business Development Kit?
    • No. eGift Cards may not be redeemed for a Business Development Kit or any type of Training Program seat.
  2. How soon will my Xtreme Lashes by Jo Mousselli® eGift Card(s) arrive?
    • Upon placement of your eGift Card order, confirmation will be emailed to you immediately.
  3. Will I be charged for my order of an Xtreme Lashes by Jo Mousselli eGift Card at the time of my purchase, or when the recipient redeems the eGift Card?
    • You will be charged for your eGift Card Order at the time of purchase.
  4. Can I buy an Xtreme Lashes by Jo Mousselli eGift Card(s) through another person or website?
    • Currently, we do not offer our eGift Cards for purchase through third party market places or through individual resellers. To protect yourself from possible fraud, we recommend that you only buy Xtreme Lashes by Jo Mousselli eGift Card(s) via www.xtremelashes.com and avoid purchasing eGift Card(s) from third-party sellers.
  5. Can I buy Xtreme Lashes by Jo Mousselli eGift Card(s) through my Xtreme Lashes Lash Stylist?
  6. How do I know if the Xtreme Lashes by Jo Mousselli eGift Card order has been delivered to the intended recipient?
    • Along with the order confirmation, you will also receive an email notification of the eGift Card’s successful delivery to the recipient. This notification contains the recipient's email address for your verification.
  7. What payment methods do you accept for Xtreme Lashes by Jo Mousselli eGift Cards?
    • We accept most major credit cards and debit cards, and Xtreme Lashes® product credit and promotional credit. Xtreme Lashes by Jo Mousselli eGift Cards may be purchased with any payment method available at the point of checkout.
    • You cannot use Xtreme Rewards™ Points to purchase eGift Cards.
    • We will not issue eGift Card(s) until the order containing the eGift Card(s) has been paid in full.
  8. What if I entered the recipient's e-mail address incorrectly?
    • To help prevent you from sending an eGift Card(s) to the incorrect email address, you must enter the recipient’s email address twice to avoid any mistakes. However, if you have verified that the e-mail address was incorrect, and you wish to resend it to the correct email address, you must call Customer Service at +1-281-612-5167 or 1-877-244-5274 for assistance.
    • Please NOTE: By re-sending an eGift Card, it will automatically void out the previously sent one to avoid duplicate ordering problems. You can only resend eGift Cards if the balance has not been used at all.
  9. Someone has already redeemed the Xtreme Lashes by Jo Mousselli® eGift card from the incorrect email address I entered. What do I do?
    • If you notify us that you accidentally entered an incorrect e-mail address before the eGift Card has been used, we can help you send a replacement eGift Card to the correct e-mail address, which will cancel the eGift Card sent to the wrong e-mail address. But if an eGift Card that was sent to the wrong e-mail address has been used, it cannot be replaced.
  10. Can I change the delivery date of the Xtreme Lashes by Jo Mousselli® eGift card that I ordered?
    • Yes, if the eGift Card has not been used and the original delivery date has not passed. Contact our Customer Service Department for assistance at +1-281.612.5167 or toll free at 1-877-244-5274. For your protection, our Customer Service Team cannot accept confidential eGift Card PIN numbers over the phone.
  11. What is the denomination limit on an Xtreme Lashes by Jo Mousselli® eGift Card?
    • $5.00-$1,000 USD
  12. Can I purchase multiple Xtreme Lashes by Jo Mousselli® eGift Cards on one order?
    • Yes. There is no limit of quantity allowed per order. However, the total amount of the eGift Card order cannot exceed $1,000 per order.
  13. Can I cancel my Xtreme Lashes by Jo Mousselli® eGift Card order?
    • No. An eGift Card order cannot be cancelled once it has been processed and payment has been deducted from the purchaser’s credit/debit card.
  14. What is the Return/ Refund Policy?
    • An eGift Card is not redeemable for cash. All sales of eGift Cards are final and non-refundable.
  15. Do Xtreme Lashes by Jo Mousselli eGift Cards expire?
    • An eGift Card does not have an expiration date and no fees will ever be charged against eGift Cards.
  16. Can I send an Xtreme Lashes by Jo Mousselli® eGift Card to someone who lives outside of the United States?
    • No. Xtreme Lashes by Jo Mousselli eGift Cards may only be used for purchases made and shipped within the United States via www.xtremelashes.com.
  17. Can I send a personalized gift note with the Xtreme Lashes by Jo Mousselli® eGift Card at purchase?
    • If you wish to add a complimentary personal message to an eGift Card, simply type your message in the message field on the eGift Card preview. Personal messages are limited in length to the space provided on the eGift Card. We don't read every gift message, but if we do find inappropriate, offensive or otherwise objectionable messages, we reserve the right to remove personalized messaging.
  18. Do you have themed gift cards? I’d like for the Xtreme Lashes by Jo Mousselli® eGift Card I send to be themed for the Holidays.
    • Yes. At the time of purchase, you’ll have several eGift Card designs to choose from. You’ll have the opportunity to select the design that best fits your gifting needs.

 

eGift Card Recipient

  1. How do I check to determine if I received an Xtreme Lashes by Jo Mousselli® eGift Card?
    • To confirm that you have received an eGift Card, please verify with the purchaser which e-mail account the eGift Card was sent to, and then view your Inbox, Promotions folder, or Junk/Bulk Mail folder (depending on your email settings).
    • You will notice an email with the subject "John Doe sent you an Xtreme Lashes by Jo Mousselli eGift Card". (John Doe is used for illustrative purposes in place of the person who would have purchased the eGift Card for you).
  2. I never received my Xtreme Lashes by Jo Mousselli® eGift Card. What do I do?
    • All eGift Cards are delivered via email. If the purchaser has confirmed your email address but you have not received your eGift Card within a reasonable period after the requested delivery date, the following is a list of the most common reasons why delivery may have failed:
      1. Spam filter blocked the email or routed it to a bulk/spam folder
      2. Internet firewall blocked the email
      3. Email inbox is over size limit
      4. Invalid email address entered by the purchaser
    • If a spam filter is blocking eGift Card emails from getting to an inbox, your email options will need to be modified so that emails from info@xtremelashes.com are not considered spam. If you need further assistance, contact the Xtreme Lashes Customer Service Team at +1-281.612.5167 or toll free at 1-877-244-5274. Please refer to your order number or be ready to supply your email address.
  3. Does my Xtreme Lashes by Jo Mousselli® eGift Card have to be activated prior to use?
    • Yes. Activation instructions are included in the e-mail you receive notifying you that the purchaser has e-mailed you an eGift Card.

  4. What can I purchase with my Xtreme Lashes by Jo Mousselli® eGift Card? Can I purchase a Training Program seat or a Business Development Kit?
    • Existing customers with a Business Account can purchase eyelash extension application products, cosmetic and aftercare retail products and accessories, marketing products, and training program packages by contacting our Customer Service Team at 1-877-244-5274 or by logging into their account on the Xtreme Lashes Current Client Site.
    • Consumers who wish to purchase consumer cosmetic and aftercare retail products and accessories can purchase them by contacting our Customer Service Team at 1-877-244-5274 or logging into their account on the Xtreme Lashes Consumer Site.
    • Please note that only trained Xtreme Lashes® Lash Stylists with accounts in good standing can purchase eyelash extension application products and Xtreme Lashes marketing materials.
  5. How can I check the balance of my Xtreme Lashes Xtreme Lashes by Jo Mousselli® eGift Card online?
    • In your web browser search bar, type https://www.xtremelashes.com/gift-card.aspx and scroll to the bottom of the page. Or, log on to www.xtremelashes.com and click on the eGift Card menu link next to the Products menu link, and you will see a menu item named “Check Your eGift Card Balance.”
    • If you have questions or concerns about the process of checking your balance online, contact our Customer Service Department at +1-281.612.5167 or toll free at 1-877-244-5274. For your protection, our Customer Service Team cannot accept confidential eGift Card PIN numbers over the phone.
  6. Can I check my Xtreme Lashes by Jo Mousselli® eGift Card balance through an automated phone system?
    • Currently, we do not have an automated system to check an eGift Card balance. You check your eGift Card balance online by typing https://www.xtremelashes.com/gift-card.aspx into your web browser and scrolling to the bottom of the page, or logging on to www.xtremelashes.com and clicking on the eGift Card menu link next to the Products menu link, and you will see a menu item named “Check Your eGift Card Balance.”
    • If you have questions or concerns about the process of checking your balance online, contact our Customer Service Department at +1-281.612.5167 or toll free at 1-877-244-5274. For your protection, our Customer Service Team cannot accept confidential eGift Card PIN numbers over the phone.
  7. I am a consumer who purchases products from an Xtreme Lashes® Lash Stylist. Can I use my Xtreme Lashes Xtreme Lashes by Jo Mousselli® eGift Card to purchase products directly from my Lash Stylist?
    • Yes. Please refer to the Third-Party eGift Card FAQS listed on the Xtreme Lashes website for details.
  8. Why do I have to enter my account number and PIN every time I use my Xtreme Lashes by Jo Mousselli® eGift Card?
    • The confidential account number and PIN number of your eGift Card must be entered every time an eGift Card is used for purchase for your protection. This functionality is in place to help prevent and reduce the fraudulent use of eGift Cards.
  9. If I delete my Xtreme Lashes by Jo Mousselli® eGift Card by accident, how do I get a replacement?
    • Please inform the purchaser who sent you the eGift Card. The purchaser has full access to re-sending a replacement eGift Card. If the purchaser experiences any difficulties, the purchaser should contact our customer service Department at +1-281.612.5167 or toll free at 1-877-244-5274.
    • Please note that Xtreme Lashes cannot replace a deleted eGift Card if it has been used or stolen.
  10. Do Xtreme Lashes by Jo Mousselli® eGift Cards expire?
    • No, they do not have an expiration date and are ready to be used immediately. No fees will ever be charged against eGift Cards.
  11. Can I receive a physical gift card instead of an Xtreme Lashes by Jo Mousselli® eGift Card?
    • No. Currently, only eGift Cards are available.
  12. Can I return or exchange my Xtreme Lashes Xtreme Lashes by Jo Mousselli® eGift card?
    • No, eGift Cards are not redeemable or exchangeable for cash except as required by law.
    • Please note that eGift Cards are non-transferrable to any person, and non-exchangeable. You may not cancel your eGift Card once it is purchased and/or received.
    • If you are eligible to make a product return or exchange in accordance with the Xtreme Lashes returns and exchanges policy, then you can return or exchange products purchased with an eGift Card. The refunded amount will be credited back to a new Xtreme Lashes eGift Card.
  13. Can I reload my Xtreme Lashes by Jo Mousselli® eGift Card?
    • No, eGift Cards are not reloadable.
  14. Can I transfer my Xtreme Lashes by Jo Mousselli® eGift Card to another purchaser?
    • No, eGift Cards may not be resold or transferred to another recipient.
  15. Can I purchase another Xtreme Lashes by Jo Mousselli® eGift Card with my eGift Card?
    • Yes.
  16. Can multiple people use my Xtreme Lashes by Jo Mousselli® eGift Card?
    • No, unless the confidential account number and PIN number of your eGift Card is voluntarily shared or fraudulently compromised. The confidential account number and PIN number of your eGift Card must be entered every time an eGift Card is used for purchase. For your protection, we recommend that you treat your eGift Card like cash and that you do not share the confidential account number and PIN number of your eGift Card with anyone else. We cannot replace lost or stolen eGift Cards.
  17. The cost of my purchase exceeds the amount of funds on my Xtreme Lashes by Jo Mousselli® eGift Card. What do I do?
    • If your purchase exceeds the unused balance of the eGift Card, you will be prompted to pay remaining amount due with another form of payment at the time of purchase.
  18. The cost of my purchase is less than the amount of funds on my Xtreme Lashes by Jo Mousselli® eGift Card. What will happen to my eGift Card balance?
    • If your purchase is less than the balance of the card, the difference will be available to you for future redemption.
  19. I placed an order using my gift card and paid for the balance of the order with my credit card. I’m cancelling the order, will the amount I paid with my credit card be refunded to my credit card?
    • If you are eligible to make a return for a refund, then the amount that you paid via gift card will be refunded via gift card, and the amount you paid via credit card will be refunded via credit card, minus any shipping and processing fees according to our returns policy.
  20. My Xtreme Lashes by Jo Mousselli® eGift Card does not contain the eGift Card number and/or pin. What can I do?
    • Please inform the purchaser who sent you the eGift Card. The purchaser has full access to re-sending a replacement eGift Card. If the purchaser experiences any difficulties, the purchaser should contact our customer service Department at +1-281.612.5167 or toll free at 1-877-244-5274.
    • Please note that Xtreme Lashes cannot replace a deleted eGift Card if it has been used or stolen.
  21. When I try to place an order using my Xtreme Lashes by Jo Mousselli® eGift Card, it says my eGift Card number and/or pin is invalid. What do I do?
    • Please inform the purchaser who sent you the eGift Card. The purchaser has full access to re-sending a replacement eGift Card. If the purchaser experiences any difficulties, the purchaser should contact our customer service Department at +1-281.612.5167 or toll free at 1-877-244-5274.
    • Please note that Xtreme Lashes cannot replace a deleted eGift Card if it has been used or stolen.
  22. I lost my Xtreme Lashes eGift Card. What can I do?
    • If you have accidently deleted your eGift Card, see FAQ number 9 in this section. Otherwise, the value of an eGift Card will not be replaced if the card is lost, stolen, altered or destroyed.
  23. I didn’t authorize a transaction on my Xtreme Lashes by Jo Mousselli® eGift Card, what can I do?
    • Before any eGift Card is used, we verify that the eGift Card number and PIN match. Xtreme Lashes cannot be held responsible if the eGift Card number and/or PIN have been compromised. If you did not authorize a transaction on your eGift Card and PIN, then we encourage you to contact your local law enforcement authorities for assistance.
  24. I live outside of the United States. Am I able to use an Xtreme Lashes by Jo Mousselli® eGift Card to make purchases?
    • Currently, eGift Cards are only valid for purchases made within the United States via the official Xtreme Lashes USA website, www.xtremelashes.com. eGift Cards may only be used for purchases made within the United States and shipped to addresses within the United States.
  25. I am travelling outside of the United States. Am I able to use my Xtreme Lashes by Jo Mousselli eGift Card to visit an Xtreme Lashes® Lash Stylist in another country or to order products from an Xtreme Lashes Franchisee website?
    • Currently, eGift Cards are only valid for purchases made within the United States via the official Xtreme Lashes USA website, www.xtremelashes.com. eGift Cards may only be used for purchases made within the United States and shipped to addresses within the United States.
  26. I have a Business Account. If I use an Xtreme Lashes by Jo Mousselli® eGift Card to pay for my order, will my purchase generate Xtreme Rewards™ Points?
    • No. Purchases made with an Xtreme Lashes by Jo Mousselli® eGift Card will not generate Xtreme Rewards Points.
  27. I have a Business Account. Does my purchase of an Xtreme Lashes by Jo Mousselli eGift Card generate Xtreme Rewards Points?
    • Yes. Purchases of an Xtreme Lashes by Jo Mousselli® eGift Card through a Business Account will generate Xtreme Rewards Points.
  28. I have a Consumer Account. Am I eligible to generate Xtreme Rewards Points on my purchases?
    • No. Purchases of an Xtreme Lashes by Jo Mousselli® eGift Card through a Consumer Account will not generate Xtreme Rewards Points.
