General Shipping Details
|
Xtreme Lashes, LLC (“Company”) reserves the right to ship orders via Federal Express, DHL, UPS or the United States Postal Service (USPS) at any time, at its discretion. If you have an e-mail address on file with Xtreme Lashes, then you will receive a confirmation when your order has been shipped, with tracking numbers.
International orders outside of the United States must be placed by phone with a customer service agent. Shipping rates are available upon request.
Custom orders are shipped directly from a third party printer and will be shipped separately from all other products. The Company’s Creative Department will send a proof of your custom order item to the e-mail address that we have on file for you. You must approve this proof before your custom item will be processed. Please allow up to 10 business days for your custom order item to arrive after you have confirmed your approval of the proof for your item.
All backordered items, excluding adhesives, will ship via Ground Shipping. Adhesive backorders will ship via 2nd Day Air.

Same Day Shipping
|
| 2nd day, overnight or priority orders (without adhesives) received between Monday and Friday
are usually processed the same day or by the next business day. All 2nd day, overnight or
priority orders must be placed by 3 PM CST to be shipped on the same business day.
If placed after 3 PM CST, then your order will be processed the following business day.
Same day shipping cannot be guaranteed for orders shipped via the Ground option.
Please allow up to two business days for processing and handling of Ground shipped orders.

Holiday Shipping
|
| 2nd day, overnight or priority orders placed on weekends (Saturday or Sunday) and orders placed on Federal or State holidays
(including, but not limited to Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve) will be processed on the next business day following the weekend or holiday.

Orders Containing Adhesives
|
Adhesives that are included as part of a Business Development Kit (BDK) are shipped separately from the other items included in the BDK.
Xtreme Lashes by Jo Mousselli® adhesives are temperature sensitive; exposure to extreme temperatures (cold or hot) can affect the integrity
and stability of the adhesives. Therefore, most orders containing adhesives require 2 days or less of transit time. Ground shipping for orders
containing adhesives is available for a limited number of zip codes and cannot be offered for most locations.

| Orders containing adhesives will be subject to the following shipping procedure to eliminate the probability of the adhesives being held in
a non-temperature controlled warehouse during transit:

- 2nd day or Ground orders containing adhesive that are received after 3 PM CST on Wednesday will be shipped on the following Monday for
Wednesday delivery. Orders containing adhesives are also subject to the holiday shipping policy. If the Monday that follows this type of order is
a holiday, then the order will not be shipped until the next business day following the holiday.
- Overnight orders containing adhesives that are received after 3 PM on Thursday will be shipped on the following Monday for Tuesday delivery.
Orders containing adhesives are also subject to the holiday shipping policy. If the Monday that follows this type of order is a holiday,
then the order will not be shipped until the next business day following the holiday. Saturday delivery is available to some locations upon
request for an additional fee. Contact customer service for details.

| The Company is not responsible for shipping delays due to weather conditions.

| Please note, due to the temperature sensitive nature of our adhesives, we will
ship UK orders containing adhesives on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday only.
Orders containing adhesive placed after 8:00 PM BST on Wednesday will be shipped
the following Monday.

Signature Policy
|
| Company does not require a signature for delivery of orders in most cases, but reserves
the right to do so. Once the delivery of an order is confirmed by the freight carrier,
the Company is no longer liable for the order. The Company requires that each time a
purchase is made via website or phone that you must request or decline a signature requirement
on your order. Company strongly recommends that you request that a signature be required
if there may be a possibility of theft or damage to orders left at the delivery location.
The Company is not responsible for any loss or damage to orders that may occur while they are in the custody of the freight carrier.
