XTREME REWARD POINTS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

General

Enrollment and use of the Xtreme Lashes LLC Reward Points benefits are offered at the discretion of Xtreme Lashes, LLC. Xtreme Lashes reserves the right to cancel, modify, or restrict the Xtreme Reward Points program (“Program”), including without limitation, point redemption rules, point conversion ratio, and the point expiration policy at any time, with or without notice, even if changes affect the value of Reward Points already accumulated. You are responsible for remaining knowledgeable about the Program Terms and Conditions. An account Reward Points balance, as reflected in Xtreme Lashes records, shall be deemed correct. Xtreme Lashes reserves the right to determine the amount of Reward Points in any account based on Xtreme Lashes internal records related to such account. In the event of an inconsistency between the amounts stated on any order receipt or online and Xtreme Lashes internal records, Xtreme Lashes internal records will control. Xtreme Lashes assumes no responsibility for errors related to calculation and tabulation of Reward Points. The sale of Reward Points is prohibited and may result in the confiscation or cancellation of your Reward Points as well as suspension or termination of your account, which in each case shall be final and conclusive. Xtreme Lashes may revoke any Reward Points at any time if account holder engages in abuse of the Program or fails to follow the terms and conditions of the Program. If your Xtreme Lashes account is suspended for any reason, your Reward Points will be forfeited immediately. Fraud or abuse relating to the accrual of points or redemption of rewards may result in revocation of membership in the Program and may affect an account’s eligibility for participation in any other Xtreme Lashes program. Reward Points are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. The interpretation and application of the Program's Terms and Conditions are at the sole discretion and determination of Xtreme Lashes.

Points

Accounts earn a 5% Reward Points for every dollar ($) spent when they purchase qualifying products, excluding all taxes and shipping, including without limitation, federal, state, and local taxes or use taxes. Reward Points will be added to your Account immediately once the payment is made in full for qualifying products. Timing of issuing points is subject to change. Reward Points will not be earned on any Misc. Charges or Credits. Points are accrued based on the final purchase price after discounts and adjustments (not the original price). For example, if a qualifying product that is normally $100 is on sale for $75, the account will only earn points on the purchase price of $75. The redemption of Reward Points on an order reduces the qualifying purchased amount that generates Reward Points on that order to the actual net dollar amount spent on that order. For example: Example: You have earned 900 points. Your total purchase order is in the amount of $1000. You use the 900 earned points towards your purchase order and pay an additional $100 to complete the order payment. You will earn $5 in Xtreme Reward points which is 5% of $100. Having available Reward Points does not guarantee a seat at a training program or product availability. Please book ahead to ensure availability. Unless otherwise communicated in writing, Reward Points earned through two or more accounts may not be combined for redemption.

Returns

Reward Points earned for a purchase that is then the subject of a return, refund, returned check due to non-sufficient funds, or other credit will be deducted from the account in an amount equal to the points earned for the original transaction. Returns or credits applied to your account will reduce Reward Points already earned and may result in a negative Reward Point balance. In such a case, you may not receive a full refund or credit. Redeemed Reward Points are non-refundable and will not be credited back to your account for any training cancelation or product returns.

Points Expiration

Reward Points accrued on a customer account shall be maintained on the customer account until they are redeemed for qualifying training or products or until they expire, whichever occurs first. Any Xtreme Lashes customer account that does not complete a paid purchase on said account for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months will forfeit all accrued Reward Points.
