to accommodate your training needs. Whether you require training for a single
person, a small group or extensive training for your entire team of
technicians, Personal In Your Salon Training offers you exceptional convenience
with Xtreme Lashes® quality instruction. You will also have the convenience of
flexible scheduling to meet your salon’s requests. Please call us at

Ideally, the Salon needs to be able to provide the following:
|

A training room/space large enough to fit one massage table for each two
students (for example three massage tables for six students) and a location to
accommodate an on-screen PowerPoint presentation.

Training space should be closed off from the general public or salon must be
closed for the day.

Training space should be available for set up by the Xtreme Lashes instructor the
day before (set up can take 2 hours).

Massage tables, chairs, side tables, extension cords, waste baskets, pillows,
blankets, & lighting.

| If your salon can't accommodate some of the needs noted above, such as
providing massage tables, please advise and Xtreme Lashes can develop
alternatives. |

Level 1 Eyelash Extension Training Programs are conducted throughout the USA
and Canada. Private training is also available at select locations or in the
comfort of your own salon. Click on any of the links below for more details.

| Training Refund Policy |
|
Due to the high demand for Training Program seats, a strict cancellation/rescheduling
policy is enforced. Xtreme Lashes prohibits the sale and use of its products to
individuals who have not successfully completed an Xtreme Lashes Training and Certification
Training Program, therefore no monies will be refunded for Training Programs regardless
of circumstances unless and until all products purchased are returned. There is a non-refundable
charge of $250.00 should you CANCEL your Training Program MORE THAN ten (10) days prior to
your scheduled training date. If you cancel your Training Program WITHIN one (1) to ten (10)
days prior to your scheduled Training Program date, a non-refundable charge of $350.00 will
apply. If you do not cancel your Training Program at least 24 hours before your scheduled
Training Program begins then no portion of your Training Program fee will be refunded.
A refund will not be issued for no shows (a “no show” is a person who registers but
does not cancel and does not attend the Training Program).
Should you need to reschedule your Training Program for any reason MORE THAN ten (10) days
prior to your scheduled training date, then you may do so free of charge one time only.
Should you need to reschedule your Training Program for any reason WITHIN one (1) to ten (10)
days prior to your scheduled Training Program date, a non-refundable charge of $200.00 will
apply. If you do not reschedule at least 24 hours before your scheduled Training Program begins,
no portion of your Training Program fee will be refunded. If you do not attend your scheduled
Training Program and have not rescheduled, then you will be considered a no show and no portion
of your Training Program fee will be refunded. We will charge a non-refundable fee of $200.00
if we must reschedule a Training Program due to an account balance.
If you must cancel or reschedule your scheduled Training Program due to an unforeseen emergency,
Xtreme Lashes, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to enforce or waive the rescheduling or fees. |
