Are you ready to jump-start your career as an Xtreme Lashes® Lash Stylist? Then the Level 1 Training Program is the place to start!

In our Level 1 Training Program you will learn:

Proper tool handling, client safety and appropriate hygiene.
Application techniques through hands-on exercises. You will learn how to:

Properly pick up the lash.
Use the right amount of adhesive for a secure bond without clumps.
Make the lashes last longer by using our exclusive “shimmy” technique.
How to isolate to make sure lashes do not stick together.
Fix crooked and kinky natural lashes.
Measure the natural lashes to select the right thickness, length and curvature.

How to appropriately design your application to suit the clients’ different eye shapes.
How to remove lash extensions without damaging the natural lash.
Product knowledge and how to retail after care and other retail products.
How to effectively advertise and market your new skill.

There is no need to bring a model to Training, as you will partner with another student and learn both how to apply Xtreme Lashes® Eyelash extensions to one another. It is critical that you have Xtreme Lashes® Eyelash Extensions applied to yourself in order to fully understand the procedure and properly consult with your customers. It is impossible to learn how to properly apply eyelash extensions through a DVD. Hands-on education, through an experienced Trainer, is a must.

Training Refund Policy

When you reserve a Training Program with Xtreme Lashes® a seat will be held for you in a specified class and is then unavailable to other interested students. Each Training Program is planned in detail to accommodate a specific number of students by arranging for supplies and ensuring adequate partners are available. In order to cover the costs of modifying these arrangements due to Cancellations and Rescheduling the following fees apply to all Training purchases:

Cancelling:
There is a non-refundable charge of $250 should you CANCEL your Training MORE THAN seven (7) days prior to your scheduled training date.
If you cancel your Training WITHIN 1 (one) to 7 (seven) days prior to your scheduled Training date, a non-refundable charge of $350 will apply.
If you do not cancel your Training prior to the Training date, we will not be able to refund any of your Training fee.
Rescheduling:
Should you need to reschedule due to an unforeseen conflict, we will do our best to accommodate you. We ask that you inform us as soon as possible. A rescheduling fee of $150.00 will apply if you reschedule within one to seven days prior to Training date.
