The title "Professional of the Month" seems to fall short of the true scope and magnitude of Jo's achievements; however, we hope you will find her story and dedication as uplifting and inspirational as we do. |

The woman with the sparkle in her eyes... Jo knows women. From being a wife, an active mother of four, supporting her family and putting herself through school, Jo knows the modern woman’s struggle. When you meet Jo, the first thing you notice (aside from her beauty) is the sparkle in her eyes and her warm smile. Jo is that woman who overcame real woman challenges, became successful and inspires other women to succeed. Her daughter and Xtreme Lashes® Artistic Director, Noor Daoudi, gives us her insight: |

Jo’s experience as a Registered Nurse not only strengthened her, it enabled her to create products, application methods and company-wide systems based on the scientific nursing process: assess, diagnose, plan, intervene and evaluate. Under Jo’s leadership, Xtreme Lashes® has continuously researched and developed products and application methods which have culminated to become the XL Professional Application System™ that Xtreme is launching now. |

What motivates and inspires Jo... Jo Mousselli has seen her company expand across the globe into over 50 countries. In a little over 4 years, her company has trained over 10,000 health and beauty professionals worldwide, empowering them with meaningful and profitable careers, making women feel beautiful, and enriching the lives of thousands upon thousands of consumers, whom her clients proudly serve. |

Jo is an active, hands-on president. She works around the clock: coaching, motivating and leading her Xtreme Team. When not working to build and foster the Xtreme Team and the many endeavors of the company, Jo enjoys spending time with her husband, children and grandchildren. Outside the office, Jo loves pilates and the outdoors as well as finding ways to give back the community that has supported her throughout the years. Some of the organizations she enjoys working with include the Susan G. Komen Foundation, The National Kidney Foundation of Southern California and the Northridge Hospital Foundation Pediatric Trauma Center. One of Jo's favorite outlets, though, is finding ways to aide and inspire young people. She strives to coach and motivate today's youth to improve their lives, succeed, develop and grow themselves, professionally and personally. |
