This comprehensive, hands-on workshop is an exclusive program designed and created by Xtreme Lashes® to promote the comprehension and use of advanced concepts. To register into this workshop you must be certified with Xtreme Lashes® and have completed at least 20 eyelash extension procedures. Advanced Training Workshop Schedule Date Location Information Status Price   Advanced Training Workshop Schedule Coming Soon A Breakthrough in Lash Artistry The focus of this workshop is to equip the Xtreme Lashes® Professional with the ability to customize lashes to suit the individual needs of their clients. Techniques such as using several colors to add highlighting effects, layering using different lengths and sizes to achieve a soft, feathery look, and bridging to fill in sparse areas will be explained in depth. Furthermore, the student will learn how to apply lashes to dress and emphasize different eye shapes. The Xtreme Lashes® workshop is conducted by the leading eyelash extension stylists in the industry who will extend their expertise to you and guide you through a full application. During your application, the trainer will pinpoint specific areas of improvement and assist you in troubleshooting to ensure correct application. Prerequisites: Must be Level One Certified with Xtreme Lashes® for six months Must have completed at least 60 full set lash applications Must be consistently and comfortably applying 60 lashes or more on a regular basis Additional Information: The workshop begins at 9:00a.m. and ends at 6:30 p.m. Please arrive for registration at 8:30 am A lite lunch is provided by Xtreme Lashes® Students will provide a model. The model will be admitted to the workshop between 1:00 pm and 2:00 pm. If you are unable to provide a model, advise customer service at least 14 days prior to your workshop. Benefits: Earn an Xtreme Lashes® Advanced Training Certificate: Successful completion of the Advanced Training Workshop is the first step to becoming an Xtreme Lashes® Advanced Professional. You will receive an Advanced Certification Submission form with your Xtreme Lashes® Advanced Training Workbook during training. Once you have performed ten to twelve successful lash extension applications, please fill out your form and submit it along with the specified number of ‘Before’ and ‘After’ photos to apply for your Xtreme Lashes® Certificate of Completion. Upon approval you will be sent your Advanced Certificate and become eligible to apply for additional benefits available only to Certified Xtreme Lashes® Advanced Professionals. As a Certified Xtreme Lashes® Advanced Professional listed on our directory you will be eligible to receive referrals if the consumer is in your city or state. Refund Policy: There is a non-refundable charge of $200 should you CANCEL your workshop MORE THAN seven (7) days prior to your scheduled training date. If you cancel your workshop WITHIN 1 (one) to 7 (seven) days prior to your scheduled workshop date, a non-refundable charge of $250 will apply. If you do not cancel your workshop prior to the workshop date – we will not be able to refund any of your workshop fee. Rescheduling: Should you need to reschedule due to an unforeseen conflict, we will do our best to accommodate you. We ask that you inform us as soon as possible. A rescheduling fee of $150.00 will apply if you reschedule within one to seven days prior to workshop date.
