I agree to resell Xtreme Lashes consumer-grade aftercare & cosmetics products on approved platforms and in accordance to Xtreme Lashes MSRP & MAP Policy.
I currently do not provide semi-permanent eyelash extensions products or services.
If and when I decide to provide semi-permanent eyelash extensions services at my business, I will train and certify through Xtreme Lashes.
I am not an owner, employee, independent contractor, educator, or affiliated with any competitor of Xtreme Lashes that sells professional-grade eyelash extensions products and/or professional eyelash extension training.
I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Xtreme Lashes LLC harmless against all claims, suits and actions including but not limited to court cost and attorney fees of any nature arising out of the use or misuse of products or services sold or supplied by Xtreme Lashes LLC.
