I. How to Redeem an Xtreme Lashes eGift Card for Your Services

Redeeming an Xtreme Lashes eGift Card for your services is easy, instant, and a great way to bring new customers into your place of business.

Follow these steps to redeem an eGift Card:

  1. Log into your account at XtremeLashes.com
  2. Navigate to the eGift Cards tab and select: "Redeem Client's eGift Card"
  3. Read and agree to the Terms and Conditions
  4. Enter the eGift Card number and amount
  5. Request your payment!

Once you request payment, an approval request will be sent to the eGift Card owner via text message. The eGift Card owner will then reply to the text message with the phrase "eGC-OK" (if approved). Once this message is received, Xtreme Lashes Product Credit will be issued to your account immediately, and you will be notified via email.

 

II. Frequently Asked Questions from Consumers

1. I am a consumer who purchases products from an Xtreme Lashes® Lash Stylist or Merchant. Can I use my Xtreme Lashes Xtreme Lashes by Jo Mousselli® eGift Card to purchase products directly from my Lash Stylist or Merchant?

  • Yes, at participating locations.  Some Lash Stylists or Merchants that offer Xtreme Lashes by Jo Mousselli eyelash extension services and consumer retail and after care products may not accept eGift Cards. We encourage you to contact the Lash Stylist or Merchant ahead of time to inquire about whether your eGift Card can be redeemed at any particular location.

2. To redeem your eGift Card with participating Lash Stylists or Merchants, you will be required to follow these steps:

  1. Ask the Lash Stylist or Merchant to log in to her or his Xtreme Lashes account and click on the link to redeem eGift Cards.
  2. Provide your eGift Card number.
  3. Respond to the text message you receive from Xtreme Lashes verifying that you consent to the Lash Stylist or Merchant deducting the specified amount from your eGift Card.
  4. Shortly after your confirmation, you will receive a text message showing the amount of funds redeemed from your eGift Card and the remaining balance.
  5. If your eGift Card contains insufficient funds to cover the full amount of your purchase, you may be required to use another form of payment approved by the Lash Stylist or Merchant.

3. I purchased a product or service from an Xtreme Lashes® Lash Stylist or Merchant, and now I would like to make a return or exchange and receive a refund back onto my eGift Card. Why can’t I receive funds back onto my eGift Card?

4. I have questions, concerns, or complaints about products or services that I purchased through an Xtreme Lashes® Lash Stylist or Merchant with my eGift Card. What should I do?

  • Please refer to your Lash Stylist’s or Merchant’s policies or terms and conditions regarding returns, refunds, order cancellations, and/or any other issues that may arise in connection to eGift Card purchases. If you contact Xtreme Lashes with questions, concerns, or complaints related to eGift Card purchases from third-party Lash Stylists or Merchants, then you will be referred to your Lash Stylist for assistance.  Xtreme lashes is not responsible or liable for any of your third-party Lash Stylist’s policies and procedures.
